They seem to dumb down insurance with these cartoon characters, or maybe that’s a good thing, im not sure, but insurance is serious. Apart from that they are ok, but haven’t had to make a claim yet so we will see.

Recently had a claim for my cat who had an ulcer on his eye...e had to stay in to be given drops every 2 hours...they refused to pay all but £100 of his bill (quoting the small print) and have now despite the small amount actually paid excluded his eyes...
