They actually have quite a good call centre but the company will do all in their power to stall resolving your claim even tell you they left two messages on a phone that doesn't have an answer phone switched on. The only reason anything moved at all was because I was on the phone practically every day for a week. The most infuriating example of incompetence were the letters - after having received several emails from both my partner and me they still sent as a letter claiming they couldn't send us this message by email because they don't have our email address. It was like trying to get water out of a stone. Definitely switching to another insurance.
