Had a dog insurance for our Lab for nearly 12y now with tesco. Last year premium went from £27 to £40.
Just called them as I had not received the renewal policy. Got told that it was send out, new rate is in & missed deadline to change anything: cost gone up from said £40 to £66 a month.
I mentioned that I haven't had any info on that and that they should have contacted me if renewal policy is accepted, but got told with an icy voice that it will be renewed automaticaly & nothing I can do now.
Well, yes there is something I can do- cancelled immediately and found another one for £40 ...!!!
