Waggel provide Lifetime Pet Insurance with flexible vet fee cover options for accidents, injuries and illnesses up to £15,000 per year. Each time you renew your policy with no break in cover, your claim limits are re-set so long-term conditions continue to be covered. The excess amount you pay towards each claim is variable so you can choose a level of vet fee cover and excess contribution that best suits your budget.

All Lifetime policies include diagnostic tests, vet fees up to your chosen annual limit, up to £1,000 cover for dental issues due to accidents and illnesses, and up to £1,000 cover for complementary and behavioural treatments. Waggel's policies provide Third-Party Liability cover up to £2 million for your dog. All Waggel members are assigned a UK-based vet nurse for additional support with health queries or the claim process.

Customers can claim online and if their vet is part of Waggel's vet network, Waggel can pay the vet directly.

All Waggel customers have access to a unique Membership Platform where they can make use of free veterinary support through video calls, free consultations with an online pet behaviourist and nutritionist, and several discounts from independent pet brands.

Many Waggel customers find their claims process easy to use and their customer service team helpful.
