my claim was delt with promptly almost by return post..they just refusd to pay out shame on you Pet Plan to take a whole months pension from a pensioner.m my payment was direct debit at £17.58 per month.

Loyal customer for 18 yrs with dog and cat; didn't make any claims until cat was 14 yrs old.( 4 yrs ago) Have hoisted up renewal premiums and basically told me, if I don't like it, to either cancel or go elsewhere!!! Disgusted after paying out so much...

argos promised me it would take upto 10 days to send a cheque and i should pay the vets bill i explained that i would have to use our holiday money and they said you will get it back within 10 days a month later i'm still waiting and when i phoned them...
