I adopted a 6 year old Labrador in September & insured her with Animal Friends, who were advertising quite heavily at the time. After taking out the policy I was a bit worried by the many negative reviews online. Just before Christmas, our dog cut herself on barbed wire and required anaesthetic and stitches. I submitted a claim form and have been very impressed with how quickly Animal Friends have settled my claim. On my own experience I would recommend them to others.
