With a huge range of cat, dog and horse insurance policies on the market, it can be hard to pick the policy and provider that best fits your needs and budget.

We ask pet and horse owners who are customers of the UK’s leading insurance providers to share their experiences and help other owners like you, choose the best pet or horse insurance policy type and provider.

Please read some of the thousands of pet insurance reviews from other owners and leave your own review if you are a customer, too. All the inside information on the service and support the insurance companies provide, and how easy or complex they make it to submit and get a claim paid, helps others make an informed choice. Your views can also encourage our insurance companies to offer the best possible service they can.

Once you’ve narrowed down your options click through our site links on your chosen insurer's page to get a quote and help us to help pets and equines in need through our charity donations

We need your review!

We want to give pet and horse owners lots of real customer reviews to read when deciding on the right policy for them and their animals so we need new reviews from you!

We can always ring them up and speak to someone in person. Cover is the best you can find. Easy to make a claim and payment is quick to our bank account. We recommend to everyone.

I only rated 1 as I couldn't give 0. Our 4 year old Lab sadly died after a short illness in November last year. We were insured up to £7000, the specialist vet bills came to £6400. Animal Friends have reimbursed us for £2000. They have said that...

My dog was insured very early on. I have just spent nearly £1400 on vet fees to get just £370 back from Tesco. £60 excess deducted from 3 types of illness. Just not worth the premium. Shall pay £50 per month into savings plan for next dog, which is much...
