Only to be later told they wouldn't pay the claim because the illness had been disclosed more than 12 months before.

Yet i hadnt claimed a penny - so even though i tried to pay...

I cannot fault Sainsbury’s - we only had our cat insured for 7 months and they paid out twice. They dealt directly with the vet and paid into our bank in less than a fortnight on both occasions. Brilliant service.
