My renewal was up and my new quote saw my annual premium jump from £690.66 to £1,406.11 (having made one claim). When queried, I was brushed off. They couldn't offer a reasonable explanation for more than doubling the premium. Disappointing way to treat a genuine customer looking for a long term relationship with their pet insurer.
