We had pet insurance with Direct Line until our Springer Spaniel sadly died in 2020. Direct Line were very helpful throughout the policy. They truly came to the fore at the end of our Springers life and dealt with our claim efficiently and sympathetically. Whilst they my not always be the cheapest, looking across all our claims they did provide good value for money.
