Refused to honour claim, insisted that ears and skin were the same, even though the vet said her ears were fine when I claimed for her itchy skin. She had had a previous issue with her ears but not claimed then as of course under the excess amount...

I have been a Tesco Pet Insurance customer for 12 years covering 2 cats in this time period. Tesco has never let me down and they have always paid my claims and in a very timely manner. The claims process is easy.

Do NOT use Tesco pet insurance. They will deny your claim even with proof from the vets that the animals condition is covered by the policy. I’m having to report it through financial ombudsman to try and get my money back. A complete joke as the whole...

Very quick & easy to complete the insurance process.

Petprotect was one of the best priced products available, twinned with the good reviews and ease of buying I am happy to have my dog insured. I have not claimed (and hope I never will!) but so far so good!
