Like most of the reviews posted, Animal Friends pet insurance is as bad as you can get. They are excellent at creating reasons for not paying out and their complaints department is useless and arrogant. Hopefully all of these bad reviews will deter pet owners from taking out a policy and eventually lead to this company being forced out of business. I would strongly advise others to seek a more reputable company when acquiring pet insurance.
