Refused to honour claim, insisted that ears and skin were the same, even though the vet said her ears were fine when I claimed for her itchy skin. She had had a previous issue with her ears but not claimed then as of course under the excess amount Nothing in the booklet they tell you to read, about ears and skin the same. When I spoke to them they just didn't want to listen. I am cancelling the policy. Total waste of money.
