They have always been helpful on the phone and will cover working dogs. The cost is very good for the extensive cover offered and they pay promptly which is greatly appreciated! I have informed many friends who have gundogs of this company for insurance.

I found the site easy to negotiate and the rates reasonable. Having been a dog owner for forty years this is the first time I have insured one. My last dog lived to over 16, none of them have ever needed any major vet fees!

terrible pet insurer - avoid at all costs! Have paid thousands to them and when asked to pay out £200 they slapped all exclusions on from 8 years previously for conditions my vet said was ridiculous. Cannot stess enough to avoid this insurer.
