Insured my dog with them, have recently been told she had an allergy which is going to continue as they cannot find out what she is allergic to. Decided to claim for the first time ever on pet insurance first had to face a phone interrogation from a loss adjuster then received a horrid letter saying they would not pay as she had an ear infection in 2015 - the way it was worded made me feel like a thief - have cancelled this waste of money insurance- DO NOT USE IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY.
