Rubbish, rubbish once your pet has been ill forget it they will never pay again I thought insurance was exactly that!!!!! Take weeks to pay out then have the cheek to send a cheque worst ever insurance sort yourselves out Sainsburys we all love our pets...

My 10 month old needed immediate treatment and the vets needed immediate payment which amounted to £1100....who has that kind of money in their pocket these days ....I have paid the bill and have put my claim in and expected a payment if not immediately...

Their website was very user friendly and the staff were extremely helpful in confirming what option we should select for our breed of dog. Very fast, efficient and friendly.

Appalling, so many clauses, they will do all they absolutely can not to pay out, do not waste your money here, you'd be better off doing research elsewhere or putting money aside each month.

Claim originally delayed by breakdown in communication from vet to insurer (electronic breakdown not fault of either). Once I queried where the claim had got to, all was sorted out speedily and amicably. Recommend this insurer for customer service.
