Absolutely appalling service from this company. Despite my vet saying that a previous injury was not related to my dog's current diagnosis of osteoarthritis they have refused to pay up, saying that the condition was present over 365 days ago. It clearly was a separate condition as stated by my vet. Avoid this company at all costs
