Unfortunately have had to claim a few times over the last couple of years, and they make the process so easy. You don’t have to wait long for the payment to come through which is really important. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely appalling company! My 74 year old grandad has used them for over 25 years for numerous dogs and they completely screwed him out of £1100 by claiming contract had been broken!! Appalling treatment of a pensioner!
