This company are despicable!! They wriggled their way out of an insurance claim last week on our beloved Toby who was insured with them since the day he entered our lives as a puppy last Christmas, he developed elbow dysplasia and we were assured by the company before we went through the surgery that we were covered... tomorrow we have to surrender him because of their actions over a technicallity, our family are heartbroken!!! I hope the person whom made the final decision can sleep at night, from where I am standing they do not care at all about animals, just money!! I would recommend NEVER insuring your pet with them.. if I could give them a ZEO rating I would!
