This appears to cover everything the pet has been to Vet for - if they have had an infection in the past that has cleared up and then require surgery in the future, they decline the claim. Even the Vet cannot believe it's been declined!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Not so much Animal Friend more like Animal Enemies!! They make their staff work stupid hours and email out at inappropriate times to ensure they meet their targets!!
