Petplan's customers say they are satisfied with their claims process and speed of payouts, but some customers find their insurance expensive and not everyone has a good experience, with delays in settling bills.

Even though the premium is higher than some, they are the best pet insurance company. I had insurance with another company before and they wouldn't cover anything. Nice to have an insurer who pays when you need them.
