I have one of my cats insured with them as I was initially attracted by the relatively low price of their Premier Lifetime Cover. After making claims this year my monthly premium is 153% higher for next year!

Fabulous service, all dealt with by my vets practice, this an ongoing problem and is end of life treatment for my beautiful dog. I last thing we needed was hassle from the insurance company and I am pleased to say we do not get any.

May seem reasonable at first but will bump up the payments drastically, never claimed so didn't renew.I've got double the cover with another insurer for £11 + cheaper and 20% back yearly if no claim.

The staff on the telephone are so polite and helpful and payments have always been actioned quickly.
