This company are happy to take your premiums, but when it comes to a straightforward claim, they are not happy to pay out. They have the information from vets regarding condition and treatment. But, No that's not enough they want you personally to supply...

So very easy to set vetsure insurance up for my dog Ralph, very quick and simple to receive a quote! The website is also very helpful and customer services are very welcoming.

So far so good, we have not needed to claim so can't review that. The only thing I would say is that I don't need an email every week I know where to find you if I need something :)

It was so easy to make the claim via the vets, forwarded them the policy details and they submitted the claim, received the email sign off very quickly and the next day confirmation that the claim had been approved and paid.
