Our pet whippet developed a limp which required some x-rays and anti-inflammatory tablets so we tried to claim through insurance. 3 weeks after the x-rays we have been informed our claim has been rejected as his record shows he had limp (totally unrelated) the previous year which we did not claim for.
The reason given is this was a year before our current policy, who were we insured with the previous year? Yes you guessed it Tesco!
Happy to take your money each year but this is the first time we have claimed on any insurance policy including 2 cars, a motorcycle and our home.
Disgusting and needless to say we will never use Tesco again, including for shopping!
