The first year was a fair monthly payment. 2 year old rescue dog and one small claim. Renewal expectedly increased slightly following the claim. Then a minor increase of £2 last year. This year however they wanted increase the monthly payments by over£9 A MONTH!! no claims, dog only just turned 6, fit and healthy. Would only reduce the payments by a measly £1.02 if we paid£200 excess (£75) previously!! Then offered to reduce it by£5 YEAR for £200 excess AND 10% of vets fees!! Ridiculous increase. Their excuse was an aging pet (just turned 6) and vets fees aren't fixed in our area!!??? I've never paid varying very fees. Avoid like the plaque. You'll end up paying for someone else's claim, and if you ever manage to actually obtain a claim form and make a claim you're in the minority! Money grabbers.
