Irresponsive, you have to beg for update, they take ages to process the claim and premiums increases are ridiculously unreasonable. Don’t even think about using their service.

Do not get your pet insurance from sainburys. Telephone vets are incredibly rude and condensending. They need a lesson that we (the consumer) pay there wages as I've never had any one be so rude and repetitive as the woman I spoke to on the phone.
