Had to claim as vet deemed few claw had to be removed by Tesco Pet Insurance refused as deemed it a preventative measure. Vet tried to help, writing a reply but they still refused. Cancelled insurance as no point of they don't pay out, just take premiums.

Irresponsive, you have to beg for update, they take ages to process the claim and premiums increases are ridiculously unreasonable. Don’t even think about using their service.
