AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Theyll take your money and do everything possible not to pay a claim. We put in a genuine claim and were made to feel like criminals, they called us dishonest and fraudulent. Then on 7th Nov they said they'd cancelled our policy from 5th Sept and we would not get a refund for the previous 2 months. Do yourself a favour and insure with someone else, don't give these criminals your money. Terrible company. You've been warned
