I FOUND THE PERSON I SPOKE TOO WAS EASY AND I WAS COMFORTABLE ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS

Only ever made one claim which was quite a few years ago now.
Great customer service and very easy to deal with.
Not the cheapest company out there but the policy is very good with no hidden extras so you know exactly what you are paying for .

I wish I had used this company with my previous dogs. The reason I only gave 4 paws on claims is I think their communication over the phone could be better. Alas I do have an ongoing situation so only time will tell.
