Difficult to make a claim. Difficult to speak to and using the Portal is almost impossible. It is very expensive when your pet gets older and that’s when you can’t really change your insurers I would not choose Sainsbury’s again. Dreadful

Easy to go through all the process on line and received my policy by email which I could print out. Covered everything I needed and when I phoned customer service they were very helpful. Would recommend.
