Really poor service and uses every opportunity to find something in vets notes to show an ongoing condition even if it was never diagnosed. Would definitely not recommend more than or use in future.

Claim dealt with swiftly with customer advisors very helpful over the phone. One slight negative with regards to claiming online is that there is no comments area to add additional notes if required.

Petprotect was one of the best priced products available, twinned with the good reviews and ease of buying I am happy to have my dog insured. I have not claimed (and hope I never will!) but so far so good!
