Thankfully I have not needed to claim thos year, it is very comforting to know should anything happen that my dog is covered. Easy to set up.

Words can't say enough how wonderful Vetsure was, my little dog was so ill, and I was really worried, but they paid his vets bill no problems.

I haven’t had to make a claim, however I had an issue with payment and not receiving any documents/confirmation, one quick call and this was sorted out instantly!

The customer service team are very friendly and explain the process of taking out a policy really well. I haven't had to put in a claim , thankfully, but if the team are as helpful, it will be a smooth process.
