I lost my horse quickly and horrifically, witnessing the event. He died within 3 minutes. I was emotionally distressed and didn't have time to read my policy, the vet arranged his collection. They won't even honour his disposal costs to bring him home to me so I can actually grieve his lost. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
