Completed the forms and paid the first instalment. They then questioned if my mixed breed rescue dog (RSPCA had her listed as American Akita cross) was part American Bulldog. When I replied that a DNA test revealed that she was 25%, they promptly cancelled her insurance with no other explanation other than the don’t cover that breed.
Nowhere in their policy was this mentioned and she has never shown any vicious tendencies.
