I couldn't phone in my claim for over a week as I just couldn't say out loud that I'd lost my dog! But of course the vets chasing us up, not even five days to grieve!!!
Manypets dealt with it, they never bothered us or questioned anything! There was a minor glitch with the claim date but that was sorted out. Claim was settled within ten days.
If I ever get over this and get another dog I would not hesitate to use Manypets. They were very sensitive to the state we were in and referred to our claim as a farewell claim which was more appropriate.
