Dreadful company. Look elsewhere.

Was with Sainsbury pet insurance for 10yrs, premiums was getting ridiculous. Never once claimed and was recieving less insurance, So now with lifetime pet cover , very happy with the cost of my dogs policy, just hope they appreciate my custom.

Just insured with this company, way cheaper than our previous supplier & better cover. Haven't used the claims procedure (hope we don't have to!) so 4 stars for now. Good luck with the new company, definitely so far so good :-)

5 out of 5 so far.....easy sign up.....thankfully we haven't had to use yet but should the occasion arise I hope the 5 star service continues.
