Excellent coverage for premium, only small annual increase despite paying a large claim.
Claims are dealt with efficiently and promptly and you are kept informed. They even prompted me to claim travel expenses when referred to a specialist!

Good customer service and quick response to claims. The cost as with all pet insurers has gone up considerably since the policy started but this is likely due to extortionate amount vets charge.
