We needed to claim for our Molly as she was diagnosed with elbow displacia. Vet prescribed pain killers and injections and other meds. Agria were quick to work the claims with no disputes and even when the vet stated we are in areas Agria kindly assisted over the phone and sent us all the paper work which had been submitted by the vets so I could show the vet that in fact the last claim was actually in their bank account waiting to be matched up with our bill.
