We were originally recommended to go with a company that offered lifetime cover. After a lot of research I chose the Kennel Club and have not had any regrets. Whilst for many years we did not need to claim for our pet, as she has got older she has had a number of conditions that means she requires treatment for life. The Kennel Club have been fantastic, they have been very fair and payment for each claim is always made promptly. When I have needed to phone the helpline, the advisors have always been friendly, helpful and of course professional. Without this insurance we would have financial difficulties paying for our dogs ongoing treatment.
