Always very helpful when I have any issues. Have had to make large claim previously but it was a very easy process. Unable to change to another provider as my pug wouldn’t be covered now however remains covered under this insurance.

Thankfully, I haven’t had to use the insurance in Olive’s 8 years with us, but I have the peace of mind, should she need any treatment or surgery, we would be able to afford it.

At a time when my puppy was in need of expert veterinary care the kennel club provided an outstanding service which eased the trauma for us in dealing with our loved pets issue
