I luckily haven’t had to claim yet but that said I found them so so helpful when setting up my puppies policy over the phone. They weren’t the cheapest but we chose for their great customer service and knowledge and they reassured me that my puppy will be in safe hands if we needed to claim. I always say, you get what you pay for and our puppy will only have the best!
