Really poor service and uses every opportunity to find something in vets notes to show an ongoing condition even if it was never diagnosed. Would definitely not recommend more than or use in future.

they use any excuse to not pay out. My vet even warned me and stupidly I still went with them and when my dog needed them they act like we were trying to defraud them and didn't treat us like the customer whos dog was unwell.
