I took out a pet insurance policy back in November but decided to cancel it within the 2 weeks "cooling off" period. It's now 3 months later & I STILL haven't received the £253.00 that I paid out to them. I keep being told that payment has been made & it will be with me shortly. I've just raised a formal complaint. It's a shambles.
