Made to pay excess twice for the same lump. Poppy was taken to the vets in November for a lump which I paid the excess, due to my vet having Covid & my husband having a serious accident which as left him paralysed, Poppy’s op did not take place till Jan. PETPLAN was not bothered. It was a bit like tough!!! Although I’ve paid over £6500 in insurance over the years. It was pay excess twice and now 20 percent towards vet bill
