My dog has been with Vetsure since the beginning. Never a problem. Claims process when called upon (2-3 times in nearly 6 years) was slick and hassle free. Vetsure are linked with my Vets Practice so everything is seamless.

Very straight forward to claim from Vetsure but would be good if the vet was aware of the claims process although it wasn't a problem we were asked to pay up front when the veterinary surgery could have done this direct on our behalf.
