My dog has been with Vetsure since the beginning. Never a problem. Claims process when called upon (2-3 times in nearly 6 years) was slick and hassle free. Vetsure are linked with my Vets Practice so everything is seamless.
My only negative comment is the price. Vetsure is one of the more expensive policies and I have downgraded cover in recent years due to a jump in premium costs. So far the level of service remains the same. Lets see what happens when the dog hits 8 years old and beyond.
