We keep to this insurance because our Vets are with them so claim directly for us but to be fair we have a dog who appears to have lot’s of issues and we are penalised for it by them upping the DD each year. Whereby there must be other animals who are with them that hardly or never claim so surely swings and roundabouts. Not our babies fault she has so many issues or ours !
