We decided to look at a different pet insurer for our second dog and were impressed by the reviews for Bought By Many (as was ) We have been impressed by the ease of claiming and prompt payment. Premiums currently very reasonable

Many Pets does not answer emails regarding claims and my simple claim is now more than 3 months and still waiting for payment. I cannot recommend this company at all, they have no customer service, very frustrating to try to deal with.
