Customer service wise: staff are super helpful, friendly and professional over the phone. They are knowledge and really come across like they are there to help.

Policy/claim wise: cannot fault it. I had 2 x vet trips both quite unexpected and worrying. The process for claiming was so simple. Basic for explaining what happened and invoice amount and once you send a copy of invoice, my claim was processed and money back in my bank within 24h. Amazing.
