6 weeks ago my 2 Labradors needed surgery from 2 totally different incidents. Both vet's bills ran to well over £5k. The Kennel Club, or to be more accurate, Agria Pet Insurance, were completely professional and sorted the payment out directly with the vets. I just paid the excess. Excellent service in a time of some stress.
