Too expensive. Keep having marketing from them regarding our dog, we haven't got a dog, we've had our cat insured with rhem for 15 years!!!

My cat had a number of claims and later had ongoing health issues. Sainsbury’s paid out without any quibble. The process was relatively easy, although it did change and it took investigation to find out what I needed to do.

First claim for dental treatment refused on the basis that the vet records say tartar seen 3 years ago. We were never informed. Nothing on the records at the 2019 or 2020 check ups.
